Elle est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e pour la mobilisation d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes. Elle rassure,\u00a0renforce le sentiment d&rsquo;appartenance et permet une mobilisation dans des situations o\u00f9 le besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9volution n&rsquo;est que peu per\u00e7u de l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur.<\/h5>\n<h5>Les participants travaillent tous r\u00e9unis en un seul lieu, en r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale une demie-journ\u00e9e ou une journ\u00e9e. Chaque participant identifie d&rsquo;abord pour lui,\u00a0en fonction d&rsquo;un questionnaire pr\u00e9\u00e9tabli, les situations dans l&rsquo;organisation\u00a0qui lui ont permis d&rsquo;atteindre des performances particuli\u00e8res. Ces r\u00e9cits sont ensuite partag\u00e9s \u00e0 deux, par des entrevues crois\u00e9es, afin d&rsquo;approfondir la connaissance bienveillante des situations d&rsquo;excellence.
