La r\u00e9sistance au changement n&rsquo;est pas une fatalit\u00e9.<\/h3>\n<h5>Les r\u00e9els freins aux changements sont simples et humains: au fond, chaque acteur se pose secr\u00e8tement la question de savoir ce qui va lui arriver.<\/h5>\n<h5>Tandis que la direction explique la strat\u00e9gie, les projets et\u00a0les \u00e9tapes, \u00a0chacun se pose secr\u00e8tement trois questions toutes simples: &lsquo;Et moi?&rsquo;, &lsquo;Et moi?&rsquo;, &lsquo;Et moi?&rsquo;.<\/h5>\n<h5>Nos\u00a0techniques de <strong>participation cibl\u00e9e<\/strong>\u00a0permettent d&rsquo;apporter des r\u00e9ponses rassurantes \u00e0 ces questions sous-jacentes et de\u00a0transformer un nombre suffisant de personnes concern\u00e9es en acteurs convaincus et convaincants.<\/h5>\n<h5>Nous organisons diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements qui mobilisent entre 12 et 1500 personnes. Pour cela, nous appliquons les m\u00e9thodes de d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues pour la mobilisation de grands groupes.
